What’s the Cost?

For most leisure trips, services are complimentary. Astra + Atlas Travel is paid by the travel companies we partner with like cruise lines, resorts, and tour operators, so you can get expert guidance, curated options, and support without an added cost to you.
That said, some planning requests require extra time, research, and custom-building. In those cases, a planning fee may apply, especially when:

You want a highly detailed, multi-city itinerary with timed reservations and logistics

The trip involves complex coordination (groups, villas, special events, or multiple suppliers)

You’re booking with vendors that don’t offer advisor compensation

You’d like planning-only support (you book directly, but want my expertise and itinerary design)

If a fee applies, you’ll always know up front. I’ll outline exactly what’s included, so everything feels clear, fair, and worth it.
Bottom line: most services are free, and when a planning fee is needed, it’s because you’re getting deeper design, more precision, and a trip that runs beautifully no matter how many places you go.
