Super Trees- Gardens by the Bay

The Supertrees feel like stepping into another world, glowing above the gardens in a way that is futuristic, dramatic, and unforgettable, while beautifully showing how deeply nature is woven into the heart of Singapore. Stay for the free Garden Rhapsody light show every night where the trees really show off.

Jewel- Changi Airport

Yes, this airport spot is completely worth the hype. Jewel at Changi is far more than an airport stop, it is one of Singapore’s most impressive attractions. The indoor Rain Vortex pours through the center of a glass-domed space wrapped in lush greenery, making the whole place feel futuristic, vibrant, and surprisingly calm all at once. It is easy to explore, full of great dining and shopping, and beautiful enough to make you forget you are at an airport at all. Whether you have a layover or make a special trip, Jewel instantly proves why it gets so much attention.

Lavo & Marina Bay Sands

Lunch at LAVO, Marina Bay Sands is not just about the AMAZING Italian food, it is about settling into one of Singapore’s most iconic settings and realizing your midday break came with a world-class view, 58 stories up. Afterward, wander the vast Marina Bay Sands mall or slip into the casino. This is the kind of resort that never seems to run out of things to do.

Universal Singapore

Universal Studios Singapore is such a fun stop. It is compact enough to do without feeling like you need a military-grade game plan, but still packed with big rides, immersive themed areas, and just enough chaos to keep the energy high. From sci-fi thrills to colorful streets and character moments, it delivers that classic theme park buzz in a way that feels easy, exciting, and very Singapore. And if you are already thinking "I'm not going to Singapore for a theme park", this is an easy park to do in a half day if needed and still get the full experience, making it a good happy medium with our theme park lovers.

Hawkers Centers- Lau Pa Sat

Lau Pa Sat captures the magic of Singapore’s hawker culture in one unforgettable stop, where a historic market hall fills with sizzling satay, bold local flavors, and the kind of energy that makes dinner feel like part of the adventure, not just a meal. Make sure to top it off with burnt cheesecake, an amazingly smooth cheesecake that has been creme bruleed.

From Experience:

I LOVED Singapore, there is so much culture and so much food. What I wasn't expecting was how much the 17.5 hour flight from San Francisco (after a 5 hour flight from Orlando) would absolutely wreck my body. So after looking forward to this trip for over a year, I finally land in Singapore, and what is the first thing I do? Take a 6 hour nap. Singapore is also a perfect 12 hour difference from Orlando, so mix that in there with it. But because of experience, we had already planned this in with an easy day to start and a few things that we wanted to do but if they didn't happen, could be moved to another day or left as a reason to come back. Forcing too much in just to make sure you do it could keep you from really enjoying or experiencing literally the rest of it. Don't be afraid to schedule in down time so that you can really take it all in.
